Frequently Asked Questions
How much does the massage therapy program at Spectrum School of Massage (SSM) cost?
Total cost from start to finish is $11,365: $100 for the application fee, $765 for the supplies charge, and $10,500 for tuition with $5,250 due no later than the first day of school. You can pay tuition in full upon acceptance if you’d like, or you can make monthly payments.
Does SSM have a payment plan available?
We do have a few options available for those looking for alternative payment options. Half of tuition is due by the first day of school, and then we have a 3 month payment plan for the second half to be paid by the mid term. Our tuition policy states that all tuition payments must be finished and paid in total by the Spectrum School of Massage (SSM) mid term. Dates will vary based on the program and the start date.
What does the schedule look like each week?
The current SSM schedule is:
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:30-12:30 (CST)
- Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30-4:30 with an hour lunch at 12.
Please note that the Dickinson location runs on Mountain time:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 7:30 to 11:30 (MTN)
- Tuesday & Thursday – 7:30 to 3:30 with an hour lunch at 11 (MTN)
Second semester (January through March), students will only have to be on site for Clinicals and the rest of the hours can be logged in from home. This will be important for students who might live out of town. The schedule remains the same but the travel requirements will change.
